By heart an Agricultural Engineer with a sensitivity in mechanical engineering from childhood days. Wanted to implement the theoretical knowledges into practical fields of the farmers. Opted for serving the agricultural and food industry from the very beginning which needs the most of the attention in India.

CAREER

2014-present Founder and owner of SNG Technologies. A company dedicated to the Indian Agricultural and Food Processing Industry. Involved in designing and manufacturing of implements and machines for pre harvest as well as post-harvest processes of agricultural and horticultural commodities. Also involved in manufacturing of food processing equipment. Contribute to the development of innovative solutions in the field of post-harvest handlings (sorting-cleaning-grading-packing) of fruits and vegetables and also for cereals, pulses, oilseeds etc. Providing economic and effective solutions to the farmers and exporters of agricultural and horticultural produces to get the best of the value of their commodities. Providing efficient designs and solutions for micro level farmers as well as big export houses, from small individual machines to specialized projects.

2004-2014 Worked in Osaw Agro Industries Pvt.Ltd. Joined as an Asst. Engineer (Dept. of R&D) and left as a General Manager (Dept. of Horticulture).

EDUCATION

2002-2004 Acquired M.Tech in Dairy & Food Engineering from IIT Kharagpur.

1998-2002 Acquired B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering from Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya, Mohanpur, West Bengal.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Experiences in 3D modelling of mechanical systems and projects using “Solid works”.

Experience in CNC turret and laser cutting machines operation and programming.

Specialized in designing and concept modelling of special purpose machines.
