Pedal Operated Sealer/ Foot Sealer

A pedal-operated sealer is a semi-automatic packaging machine that uses a foot pedal to activate the sealing process, allowing the operator to use both hands to position bags or pouches for sealing. This type of sealer is commonly used for plastic bags, poly bags, laminated films, and foil pouches in industries like food, retail, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing.

Foot Pedal Press – The operator steps on the pedal to trigger the sealing mechanism.

Heat & Pressure Application – The machine’s sealing bar (heated) presses the bag’s opening, melting the plastic layers together.

Cooling & Release – After sealing, the pedal is released, and the sealed bag is removed.
