Liquid Wax Spraying System

This system is generally used for oranges and kinnows. Liquid edible wax is sprayed on the fruits for a coating which helps them to enhance the shinning and shelf life.

Liquid edible wax is sprayed on the fruits and polishing rollers applied it evenly on the surface of the fruits. Special dosing pump and atomized spray nozzle is used with the help of compressed air to make a mist of the wax. Artificial waxing process helps the fruits to have a better shine and long shelf life.
