An induction sealer (also called a cap sealer or bottle sealer) is a machine that uses electromagnetic induction to create an airtight, tamper-evident seal on containers, primarily bottles and jars with foil-lined caps. It is widely used in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries to prevent leaks, contamination, and spoilage.
Foil Liner Placement – A foil-lined cap is placed on the container (the foil has a heat-seal layer).
Induction Heating – The container passes under an induction sealer, which generates an electromagnetic field.
Seal Formation – The field heats the aluminum foil liner, melting the heat-sensitive layer and bonding it to the container's rim.
Cooling & Solidification – The seal cools instantly, creating a hermetic, tamper-proof closure.
