Band Sealer

A band sealing machine is a packaging device used to securely seal bags or pouches made of plastic films (such as LDPE, HDPE, PP, or laminated materials) using a continuous heat-sealing process. It is commonly used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and industrial packaging to ensure product freshness and prevent contamination.

Feeding the Bag – The open end of the bag is placed between two heated sealing bands (upper and lower).

Heat Sealing – The bands apply heat and pressure, melting the plastic layers to form a strong, airtight seal.

Cooling & Cutting (Optional) – Some machines include a cooling mechanism to strengthen the seal, while others may have a cutter to separate bags.
