Automatic Crate Unloading System

Automatic crate tilting system helps to tilt the plastic crates on a specially designed chain conveyor and unload the fruits on a roller conveyor or a belt conveyor. Used for high capacity plants for high speed operation with less manpower and maintains a continuous fruit flow.

Loaded plastic crates are fed to the system with the help of an inclined belt conveyor. The crates are tilted automatically and unloads all the fruits to the next segemnt. The empty crates are collected at the opposite end of the system
